chef Dan Kozluk

Chef Dan Kozluk is a Red Seal Certified Chef who’s culinary career began when he was just 14 years old at a local Italian restaurant in his hometown of Caledon, Ontario. After receiving formal training at The School of Culinary Arts at Niagara College, Chef Kozluk accepted the position of Sous Chef at Caledon Woods Golf Club. After Several years at Caledon Woods he eventually accepted an opportunity to work downtown Toronto at The Fairmont Royal York.
The next chapter in Chef Kozluk’s culinary career was working at a whole animal butcher’s shop on a black angus farm; this was where he fell in love with the art of sausage making, and curing and smoking meats. After spending five years in Calgary working at various restaurants and hotels, Chef Kozluk returned home to Ontario and now serves as the Executive Chef at The Water’s Edge at The Lake Joseph Club.
Chef Kozluk creates menus that beautifully blend upscale dishes with nostalgic comfort food, offering a unique and satisfying dining experience.
