We always do our best to accommodate early arrival requests, however, these cannot be guaranteed.
Late departures are never available in the Villas of Lake Joseph.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
First Deposit: Equal to $500 for each full week and each partial week at time of booking
(i.e. a 9 night reservation would owe an initial deposit of $1000)
Second Deposit: Equal to the balance of the value of the reservation due 30 days prior to arrival including all fees and taxes.
Cancellation: Any cancellation will result of the forfeiture of the deposit on file.
Golf Packages will have a $1000 first deposit at time of booking.
PET POLICY

ClubLink Golf
Each Villa guest is entitled to one round of golf to The Lake Joseph Academy 9-hole course daily. Please reserve your tee time in advance through the Reservations Department or the the Lake Joseph Guest Services Manager. Golf offer is not transferable to the Championship Courses. Rental clubs are available for a fee and the dress code does apply.
Villa guests may advance book on any of the three Muskoka ClubLink Championship Courses (The Lake Joseph Club, Rocky Crest Golf Club, Grandview's O'Meara Course) for the appropriate resort guest fee. Please note that all of these are private golf courses with resort guest access, so Member play is prioritized. Golf carts are mandatory for all resort guests. Rental clubs are available for a fee and the dress code does apply.

Accessible Friendly Rooms
The Villas at Lake Joseph are all two level units with no accessible friendly bathrooms. If you are a guest with mobility issues please contact our Guest Services Manager to discuss the specifics of the unit you are booking.
Boat Docking & Personal Water Craft
If you wish to bring your own motorized boat or personal watercraft, we have limited overnight parking for a fee, when booked in advance. Please note that condo rules do not allow trailers to be parked in front of the units. Trailer parking is available in the Water's Edge parking lot, furthest from the water. Please book directly through our Guest Services Manager.
RV's and Motorhomes
Lake Joseph does not have hook ups anywhere or space in our parking lot for large vehicles.
Lost and Found
The Lake Joseph Club does its best to assist in finding lost items by our guests. For more information please contact the Pro Shop (705-765-2000) for golf course missing items, and our Guest Services Manager for all other missing items. If found, these items can be returned to you at your expense. We do not store missing items for more than 90 days.
Cots and Playpens
The Lake Joseph Club does not have cots or play pens for our Villas as the number of beds and pull outs can satisfy the maximum occupancy for each unit.
Cannabis at ClubLink
ClubLink is a family-friendly organization. We take the enjoyment of all of our Members, guests and their families very seriously. As such, we would like to make you aware of our policy with respect to the use of marijuana on ClubLink property, including The Lake Joseph Club.
Smoking or consuming marijuana in any form is prohibited at all ClubLink properties. Exceptions may be made to this policy where an individual has a medical certificate indicating that the use of marijuana has been approved by a healthcare professional. In such cases, Club management must be notified and individual accommodations discussed in advance of any such use on ClubLink property.
