What do I do with my garbage?

There is a garbage storage closet on the front veranda. If it's full, please contact Rebecca at rsavage@clublink.ca. We do weekly garbage pickups. Please note we only pick up on Mondays and Thursdays from June to September.

Do I get stayover cleaning if I rent for more than one (1) week?

Yes, there will be a scheduled stay over service for extended stays over 7 days. To arrange this, please contact Rebecca at rsavage@clublink.ca
What do I need to know about bringing my boat?

There is a boat launch near the beach, and we have a boat size limit of less than 21ft. There is a location near the tennis courts where you can store your trailer at your own risk. If you are bringing a boat, you must contact Rebecca at rsavage@clublink.ca prior to arrival.

Who do I call for internet or television support?

How many parking spots does my villa have?

Each villa has two (2) parking spots. Additional parking can be arranged, pending availability. If you require additional parking, please email Rebecca at rsavage@clublink.ca prior to your arrival.

What happens if I book my stay on the same day I plan to arrive?

Same day reservations are available if the booking is completed prior to 3pm. If the booking is completed after 3pm, please email rsavage@clublink.ca and we will do our best to accommodate your reservation.
I plan on arriving late at night / early in the morning - what do I do?

Each unit has a lockbox installed outside of the front door. Prior to your arrival, you will receive an email from Rebecca Savage with the code to the lockbox. Please note the code to the lockboxes are regularly changed.

What household items are included in my villa? ​

Your villa comes fully stocked with essentials for a comfortable stay, including toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, sponges, bathroom towels, and dish towels. We also provide soap, shampoo, coffee filters, coffee, tea, laundry detergent, garbage bags, and brooms.

Do you provide cots or playpens?

We do not provide cots or playpens. The maximum occupancy of each villa is satisfied by the number of beds available.

What are the rules on noise levels?

The Township noise by-law applies between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. and can be enforced for noises which disturb the peace of other residents, including: loud music, engines and shouting. For more information click here: https://www.muskokalakes.ca/en/residents/code-of-conduct.aspx
